Dashboards

Your Home, Proposal, and Administration dashboards give you an overview of what's happening in ProPricer™ EstimatorFLEX.

Each dashboard contains sections that provide different kinds of high-level information. To get a better view of a section, click in the top-right corner to expand it. Click to collapse it.

You can export all information from a dashboard to a .pdf, .png, .gif, .jpg, .xls, or .xlsx file. Click in the top-right corner of a dashboard to open the export options.

Home Dashboard

The Home Dashboard appears after logging into EstimatorFLEX. You can return to it by clicking Home in the Navigation Pane.

Click in the Recent Proposals section or the My Proposals section to open the Proposals page.

Click in the Recent Activity section to open the System activity feed in your inbox.

Proposal Dashboard

You can access the Proposal Dashboard from the Home Dashboard and the Proposals page. On the Home Dashboard, click a proposal name. On the Proposals page, double-click a proposal name.

Click to view and edit the settings of the selected proposal.

Click to open the Estimates page for the selected proposal. Or click in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

Click to submit the selected proposal to ProPricer Contractor Edition Enterprise.

Click to open a menu with links to the selected proposal's Pivot Grid, Estimate List, Summary View, and reports.

Click in the Estimate Summary section to open the Pivot Grid for the selected proposal.

Click in the Recent Activity section to open the activity feed for the selected proposal.

Administration dashboard

You can access the Administration dashboard by clicking Administration in the Navigation Pane.

Click in the Active Sessions section to open the Active Sessions page.

Click in the Recent Activity section to open the System activity feed in your inbox.
