Pivot Grid

With the Pivot Grid feature, you can:

  • Create a custom grid to analyze estimates in a proposal.
  • Display data with different types of colorful charts.
  • Export your grid to a spreadsheet.

Open the Pivot Grid by selecting a proposal on the Proposals page and clicking More Actions Pivot Grid.

You can refresh your grid with the most current data by clicking above the top-right corner.

If your proposal has resources that are no longer in the direct rate table, the resource names will be red.

Columns and filters

Use the right-side panel to set up the grid rows and columns. You can also filter the data shown in the grid.

Charts

Once the grid contains data, you can analyze it with many different types of charts.

To make a chart with all the data, right-click anywhere in the grid, point to Pivot Chart, then select a chart type.

To make a chart with the data in selected cells only, right-click the selected cells, point to Chart Range, then select a chart type.

Export to CSV or Excel

You can enter a name for the spreadsheet that will be created when you export your grid to a CSV or an Excel file.

Right-click anywhere in the grid, point to Export, then select CSV Export or Excel Export.
