Add a user
ProPricer™ users, Microsoft Windows users, and Microsoft Azure users log into EstimatorFLEX differently, and EstimatorFLEX stores different account information for them. Check the following table to learn more about these differences.

On the Log In page, users always enter EstimatorFLEX credentials. | On the Log In page, Windows Integrated Authentication identifies valid users in a domain. Then, EstimatorFLEX logs them in automatically. Anybody who is, or appears to be, on a computer outside the domain must enter Windows credentials. | On the Log In page, Windows Integrated Authentication identifies valid users in a domain. All new users, regardless of their type, automatically follow the System activity feed.
Add a ProPricer user
- In the Navigation Pane, click Administration > Users.
- On the Users page, click Add > Add ProPricer User.
- Enter an email address that can be accessed by the person you're adding. A validation email will be sent to that address.
- Enter the user's name.
- Create a password for the user. Click to generate a random password.
- Assign a role to the user.
- Click Create.
Add a Windows user
- In the Navigation Pane, click Administration > Users.
- On the Users page, click Add > Add Windows User.
- Enter the user's existing Windows login as DOMAIN\username.
- Enter an email address that the person you're adding can access. A validation email will be sent to that address.
- Enter the user's name.
- Assign a role to the user.
- Click Create.
Add an Azure AD user
- In the Navigation Pane, click Administration > Users.
- On the Users page, click Add > Add Azure AD User.
- Enter an email address that the person you're adding can access. A validation email will be sent to that address.
- Enter the user's name.
- Assign a role to the user.
- Click Create.
