Users

On the Users page, you'll find account information for the people in your company who work in ProPricer™ EstimatorFLEX. With the appropriate Administration permissions, you can view and manage users here. If your system has access tags, this page lets you assign tags to selected users and check which tags are already assigned.

User accounts have roles that determine what people can do in EstimatorFLEX. For some users, depending on their role, specific features and actions might be limited or prohibited.

Disabling a user account prevents that person from logging into EstimatorFLEX, regardless of the assigned role. However, all the account information is retained. At any time and as often as needed, you can disable and enable other accounts. Once you enable an account, the user can immediately log into EstimatorFLEX and resume working.

There are three login types available for a user account: ProPricer, Windows (Active Directory), and Azure (Active Directory). You can choose an account type when you add a new user.
