Direct rate table

Your direct rate table determines which resources can be used in tasks. Consequently, it is key to the estimating process.

Direct rate tables are created and maintained in ProPricer™ Contractor Edition Enterprise. Depending on the CE Enterprise data server you're connected to, many different tables could be available in the Integration settings. Once a table is assigned, its most recent data is copied and stored in EstimatorFLEX.

You can sync all external data in a proposal at once on the Proposals page.

During submittal, EstimatorFLEX will notify you of any resource conflicts between your tasks and the assigned direct rate table. At that time, you should replace the obsolete resources in your tasks with current resources from the table. You could also assign a different table with the same resources as your tasks. When the resources match, submit the proposal again.
