Permissions: Administration

The permissions here relate to managing users, roles, and license keys in ProPricer™ EstimatorFLEX, as well as monitoring active sessions.

Proposal Templates	View, sort, and select templates on the Proposal Templates page.	Change the proposal settings in templates.	Create and copy templates.	Permanently delete proposal templates.
Users	View, sort, and select users on the Users page.	Change user information, and disable or enable users.	Create ProPricer and Windows users.	Permanently delete users and all their account information.
Roles	View, sort, and select roles on the Roles page.	Change the properties of roles, and disable or enable permissions.	Create and copy roles.	Permanently delete roles.
Access Tags	View, sort, and select tags on the Access Tags page.	Change the names and descriptions and access tags.	Create access tags.	Permanently delete access.
Active Sessions	View, sort, and select active sessions on the Active Sessions page.	Not applicable.	Not applicable.	Log users out of EstimatorFLEX by ending active sessions on the Active Sessions page.
Licensing	View product license information on the Licensing page.	Sync existing license keys.	Activate new license keys.	Deactivate existing license keys.
