Proposal settings: Text
Use a built-in editor to create proposal-wide text from scratch, or to import text from a file on your computer.
The text editor contains many standard functions found in a modern word processor. If you hover your cursor over a button or field in the editor, a description of its function will appear.
Typically, the Text settings are for creating or importing the request for proposal (RFP), which would:
- Show how the work in the proposal will be broken down.
- Provide the statement of work (SOW) text that can be added to individual proposal breakdown structure (PBS) elements and their tasks.
- Include the proposal submittal requirements.
When you add the SOW to PBS elements, you can retrieve your proposal text instead of typing everything in the text editor.
