Add a custom task field value

This topic covers creating values one by one for a proposal-specific custom task field. To Quick Add several new values simultaneously, see Quick Add Custom Task Field Values.

  1. In the proposal's Configuration settings, go to Custom Task Fields and click .
  2. Select a custom task field. The field's data type must be Text.
  3. Click Edit Values for Selected.
  4. Click Add Value.
  5. Enter a name for the value.
  6. Enter a description of the value (Optional).
  7. Click Create.
  8. To add values for a different custom task field right away, select that task field in the Field menu.
You can add new values to custom task fields while creating or editing a task. Click next to the custom field, name the value, then click Add.
