Quick Add custom task field values
- In the Configuration settings, click Custom Task Fields.
- Select a custom task field. The field's data type must be Text.
- Click Edit Values for Selected > Quick Add Values.
- Enter each value's name and description in a separate row.
- An asterisk in a column name means that the information is required.
- Click Create.
Want spreadsheet data without typing everything in Quick Add cell by cell? Select all spreadsheet cells to copy, press Ctrl+C, click an empty cell in Quick Add, then press Ctrl+V.
