Travel estimate details

In ProPricer™ EstimatorFLEX, travel estimate refers to the total trip cost in the intersecting cell of a task and a trip. It is calculated automatically when you modify the estimate details, so it cannot be entered or edited in a task like a resource estimate.

In the details of a travel estimate, you can view individual trip costs, adjust a trip's travel expenses, and add a profit/fee rate to the entire trip or to specific expenses. You can also distribute trips in a task with different spread curves.

The layout and options you see in the travel estimate details could change slightly, depending on the proposal's period of performance (PoP). With PoP dates, you can adjust the span of time that trips occur in by changing the spread start date and end date. Without PoP dates, you can make the same adjustment by changing the spread offset and duration.
