Import previous estimates

Before performing the following steps, ensure your proposal has a direct rate table. ProPricer™ EstimatorFLEX uses the assigned table to add resources to tasks during the import process.

1. Above the proposal breakdown structure (PBS), click More Actions > Previous Estimates.
2. In the Username and Password fields, enter your ProPricer CE credentials for the selected data server.
3. Click Next.
4. Set up the import process.
   1. Under Proposals, select a CE proposal to import from.
   2. Under Summary Fields:
      1. Map a CE Enterprise summary field to your EstimatorFLEX PBS.
      2. Map any remaining CE Enterprise summary fields to your EstimatorFLEX custom task fields (Optional).
   3. WBS Elements shows every element of the CE Enterprise summary field that's mapped to your PBS. Those you select will become PBS elements. Select or clear each element as needed (Optional). If the summary field uses a title table in CE Enterprise, then all elements and their hierarchy will be imported to your PBS by default.
   4. Under Resource Fields, map CE Enterprise resource fields to your EstimatorFLEX custom resource fields (Optional).
5. Click Process.
