Dashboards

Your Home, Administration, and Proposal dashboards give you an overview of what's happening in EstimatorFLEX.

Your Home and Proposal dashboards give you an overview of what's happening in EstimatorFLEX.

In both dashboards, you can export a section of information to an external file. Click More options to select a file type and start the export.

Each dashboard contains sections that provide different kinds of high-level information. To get a better view of a section, click in the top-right corner to maximize it. Click to minimize it.

You can export all information from a dashboard to a .pdf, .png, .gif, .jpg, .xls, or .xlsx file. In the top-right corner of a dashboard, click to open the export options.

Home dashboard

The Home dashboard appears after logging into EstimatorFLEX. You can return to it from the navigation menu by clicking Dashboard > Home.

(in the Recent Proposals section or the My Proposals section)	Open the Proposals page.
(in the Recent Activity section)	Open the System activity feed in your inbox.

Administration dashboard

You can access the Administration dashboard from the navigation menu by clicking Dashboard > Administration.

Proposal dashboard

You can access the Proposal dashboard from the Home dashboard, the Proposals page, or the Estimates page.

• On the Home dashboard, select a proposal to open its dashboard.
• On the Proposals page, double-click a proposal.
• On the Estimates page, click More Actions > Dashboard.

To access the Proposal dashboard, go to the Home dashboard and select one of your proposals.

At the top of the Proposal dashboard, you can use drop-down menus to change the display of the first three sections. By default, these sections display the total tasks, resources, and hours in the proposal.

	View and edit the settings of the selected proposal.
	Open the Estimates page for the selected proposal.

	Prepare the selected proposal for submittal to ProPricerContractor Edition or Government Edition.
	Submit the selected proposal to ProPricerContractor Edition.
	Open a menu with links to the selected proposal's Pivot Grid, Estimate List, Summary View, and reports.
(in the Estimate Summary and Cost by Year sections)	Open the Pivot Grid for the selected proposal.
(in the Recent Activity section)	Open an activity feed for the selected proposal.
