Add a custom resource field in a proposal

1. In the Configuration proposal settings, go to Custom Resource Fields and click .
2. Click Add Custom Resource Field.
3. Enter a name for the resource field. It can be up to 40 characters in length.
4. Select the sort order of the field's values. You can list them in ascending order either alphabetically or numerically.
5. Select Required if the field must contain a valid value for every resource. When users see your field, an asterisk * indicates that the field is required and cannot be blank.
6. Click Create.
