Sync data in a proposal
To keep everything in your proposal up to date, you'll need to sync it with the most recent rate table and external resource field data from ProPricer Contractor Edition Enterprise. The database you connect to and the data you sync depend on the Integration proposal settings.
If the data used in your proposal no longer match your ProPricer CE Enterprise database, your proposal will be out of sync, and the conflicted data will appear red.
- In the navigation menu, click Proposals.
- On the Proposals page, select a proposal, then click
More actions > Sync. - Enter your ProPricer CE Enterprise credentials or Windows credentials for the selected data server.
- To change your login type, go to your system settings.
- To select a different data server, go to the Integration proposal settings.
- Click Sync.
If you forgot your ProPricer CE Enterprise credentials or don't have any yet, then a CE Enterprise user with Administrator rights must assist you.
