Sync data in a proposal

To keep everything in your proposal up to date, you'll need to sync it with the most recent global and proposal data from ProPricer Contractor Edition. The database you connect to and the data you sync depend on the Integration proposal settings.

If the data used in your proposal no longer match your ProPricer CE database, your proposal will be out of sync. Any conflicted data between the database and proposal are colored red in EstimatorFLEX to help you identify what needs to be fixed.

  1. In the navigation menu, click Proposals.
  2. On the Proposals page, select a proposal, then click More actions Sync.
  3. Enter your ProPricer CE credentials or Windows credentials for the selected data server.
  4. Click Sync.
If you forgot your ProPricer CE credentials or don't have any yet, then a CE user with Administrator rights must assist you.
