Lock or unlock a proposal
Locking a proposal prevents other people from changing it but allows them to view it and delete it. If other people are working on a proposal when you lock it, they'll immediately get a notification.
On the Proposals page, the 
icon shows which ones are locked. If you submit an unlocked proposal to ProPricer Contractor Edition Enterprise, it will be locked automatically.
Follow these steps to lock or unlock:
- In the navigation menu, click Proposals.
- On the Proposals page, select a proposal.
- Go to the right-side pane and select Lock Proposal.
