Copy a resource

1. On the Estimates page, select a PBS element. Its resources will appear in the estimates grid to the right.
2. In the grid, select a resource header, then click More Options > Copy Resource.
3. Select a target PBS element. This is where the copy of the resource will appear.
4. Enter a name for the new resource.
5. Select a resource to use from the proposal's direct rate table.
6. Select an indirect pool from the proposal's indirect rate table.
7. If your proposal has external resource fields or custom resource fields, enter values in them as needed (Optional).
8. Select Include Estimates to retain the input data, or clear the checkbox to discard it. This option is only available when you copy to the same PBS element.
9. Click Create.
