Add a proposal template

There are two ways to add a proposal template. Either create one from scratch and set up all the proposal settings, or create a template based on an existing proposal and its settings.

Create and set up a template

  1. In the navigation menu, click Administration Proposal Templates.
  2. On the Proposal Templates page, click Add Proposal Template. The template's proposal settings will open as a series of tabs. Required settings are marked with an asterisk *.
  3. You must complete the settings under Properties first. When you're done, click Create.
  4. Click the Integration, Configuration, Estimates, Workflow, Information, and Text tabs to complete the remaining settings.
  5. Click Close.

Create a template from a proposal

On the Proposals page, right-click a proposal, then click Create Template. The new template will be added to the Proposal Templates page.
