Travel rate table
The trips in your proposal rely on a travel rate table for important information. It provides the trip destinations and travel expense rates, and it specifies the number of days in a rental car week and a rental car month.
Travel rate tables must be generated in ProPricer Contractor Edition Enterprise and then uploaded to EstimatorFLEX in the Integration proposal settings.
If the rates in your proposal's travel rate table change, you can instantly update a trip's travel expenses with the latest rates.
You can sync all external data in a proposal at once on the Proposals page.
