Assign an access tag to an item
Look for the Access Tags button 
when you need to change an item's tags. Each proposal, PBS element, and task has the button. Once tags are assigned, the button turns blue 
.
A proposal must have at least one access tag assigned to it before you can assign any tags to its PBS elements and tasks.
- Go to the proposal, PBS element, or task you want to tag, then click .
- In the form that appears, select an available tag, or hold Ctrl or Shift and select multiple tags, then click
. To assign all available tags instead, click 
. - At the bottom of the form, click Accept.
