Add a custom task field to a proposal
You can create up to 100 custom task fields for your proposal.
- In the proposal's Configuration settings, go to Custom Task Fields and click .
- Click Add Custom Task Field.
- Enter a name for the task field.
- Enter the type of data it will accept.
- Enter the sort order of the field's values. You can list them in ascending order either alphabetically or numerically.
- Select Required if the field must contain a valid value in every task. When users see your field in a task, an asterisk * will indicate that the field is required and cannot be blank.
- Click Create.
Create all required custom task fields before any work starts in the proposal. Custom task fields can't be required if the proposal already has tasks.
