Add a custom resource field to a proposal

1. In the proposal's Configuration settings, go to Custom Resource Fields and click .
2. Click Add Custom Resource Field.
3. Enter a name for the resource field. It can be up to 40 characters in length.
4. Enter a description of the resource field (Optional).
5. Select the sort order of the field's values. You can list them in ascending order either alphabetically or numerically.
6. Click Create.
