Rearrange the PBS

Alter the PBS hierarchy by moving elements to different levels. You can also sort all elements alphabetically or numerically in ascending order.

Change the PBS sort order

1. On the Proposals page, right-click your proposal, then click Edit. The proposal's settings will open.
2. Go to Configuration > Proposal Breakdown Structure > Sort Order and enter Alphabetic or Numeric.
3. Click Close.

Move an element to the child level

Drag an element over another element, then drop it.

The element you moved is now a child of the element you dropped it into.

Move an element to the parent level

Drag a child element above the first parent element, then drop it.

The element you moved is now a parent element.
